A quiet surface for following the conversation.
The live view gives the transcript most of the space. Final speaker turns stay readable while the current partial turn updates below them. A compact recording dock keeps elapsed time, the reserved credit block and the Stop action visible.

After the room closes
Clean up the record without replaying the whole call.
Open the finished project, rename speakers, correct terms and click a timestamp to hear the source. Export a readable transcript or, after reviewing sentence timing, create SRT or WebVTT.
For a higher-stakes publishing pass, Refine with MAI remains an explicit second action. It uses another credit per media minute and never runs automatically.

Live meeting transcript questions
Is this for uploaded meetings or live meetings?
This page is for a browser microphone and a live session. Use the main upload workflow when you already have an audio or video recording.
What if the browser disconnects?
Billing settles from the last confirmed heartbeat and the unused tail of the reserved block is refunded. Completed turns remain in the private project.
Can I edit speaker names after the meeting?
Yes. Open the finished transcript and rename speaker labels before copying or exporting it.
Does the meeting transcript become public?
No. The project remains in the owner’s account. CastTranscript does not create public meeting pages or share links in version one.
